The upgrade price for Biotek 2 is $99. The upgrade price for Waveform 9 is $59.
Not sure if DAW essentials has changed, Ive got plenty of other plugins, and the loop packs are the kind of thing with a high ticket price, but a low 'value' to a DAW purchase decision.
So I guess its a decision as to whether separate updates are cheaper (and possibly whether you expect Biotek to be on a yearly update cycle as well as Waveform.)

I think it ends today but the 25% sale means the bundle is cheaper ($140-ish) if you want both - but after the sale ends, separate looks a better bet. I found the DAW Essentials to be...highly non-essential.
Biotek 2 alone isn't on sale BTW.
