I used to use the default, but today I wanted to see if there is a nice one out there I might like more than the default, so I found a bunch of really nice ones. My favourite of them so far is "Ameliance Theme Concept" :

I generally switch between Concerto and the Default Nitpicky Edition...
Although, I have about 20 separate themes installed I guess.

I use my own modified version of Xraym. I have used it for several years and it is what Reaper is for me.

I use Konzentration, slightly modified to work better on a low res laptop screen. Very minimal but once you remember the icons, nice and uncluttered.

The default theme from REAPER 4 is good enough for me. I can get around the DAW well enough, but I'm not a power REAPER user. If I need to learn something new, getting info from a tutorial on YouTube is just easier as the good ones tend to use the default theme.

It's just yer normal 1080p, but it probably looks widescreen-ier than it actually is as the Start Menu and Title Bar have been chopped off
