So how do I stop it showing twice in the Reason browser (as device and plugin)?
Guess you may start nagging Proppellerhead support to add a "Hide this device from the list" option, since that is already happening with others that have a RE and VST version.
My bad

I know.keel wrote:Yes... But its not double click.. Check out Spire, Sylenth, U-he stuff, Thor, Serum etc, all the synth has this double click = default value. I noticed this as well, and there doesn't seem to be any way around it.keel wrote:
This is just a question, but it seems that all the engines are routed to main AMP ASDR...? It would be nice route engine 1 to ENV1 and engine 2 to ENV2 and so on.. Do I miss something and this is already possible?![]()
Serum has the exact same limitation, and imo it's a BIG one. All these sound-sources and modulation options, and yet the entire summed output of them gets routed through the same, single ADSR envelope for Amp mod! There really needs to be a method to break away from this restriction, with both Europa and Serum. It means that no matter what processing you do across the soundsources, at the end of the signal flow they are all are forced to share the same amplitude envelope moduation
The devs should take a look at U-He synths like Zebra and Bazille, where the different soundsources default to the same Amp Env, but can easily be re-routed to whichever enveloped you want (for amp mod).

Wow, that's kind of extraordinary, i've seen it reported across numerous forums, can reproduce it across 4 macs very easily.supersplaron wrote:We are currently looking into this, but we haven't been able to reproduce it here, so any feedback you can give us is appreciated. Seen this reported earlier, not good.
Mac OSX 10.12.6
Cubase 9.5.30.191
Blacklisted -> Reactivate poof....please confirm you guys are actually testing with that combination. I've reported to support with crashlogs and nothing.
ps works in Cubase 8.5 (final)...so it's your vst 2.4 64bit code guys!

Hey there! Stefan from Propellerhead here again. I just wanted to clarify one thing that Lars got wrong:
All Reason 10 owners get Europa by Reason VST/AU.
Upgrade to Reason 10, and you will get Europa VST. Buy Reason 10 full version, and you will get Europa VST.
You could consider Europa by Reason VST/AU to be a part of Reason 10, so if you get Reason 10, you also get the VST/AU. Period.
Thanks.
We're looking into the Cuabse thing!

Hi,VoicOfReason wrote:I bought Europa on Sweetwater just now. Sweetwater emailed me an activation code. But, that code is too short to enter as license code in the Europa Demo VST. There is nowhere else to enter this code and no way on the website to register the product, since it doesn't exist in the drop-down menu of "other" instruments to activate.
????
So, I just bought something I can't use.
Help?
when you buy Europa by Reason from a external dealer such as Sweetwater, you will get a redeem code (they may be calling it an activation code, nomenclature issue). To use this, you go to
https://shop.propellerheads.se/redeem/plugin/ (https://shop.propellerheads.se/redeem/plugin/)
where you enter the redeem code. This will get you your Europa license for authorizing the plugin.
cheers / LudvigC (Product Designer, Propellerhead)
PS To be clear: Purchasing from Propellerheads shop will assign the license directly to your account; no redeem necessary.

Things I like, things I miss.
A 20 min demo is a bit annoying, I like more a trial for some days with all enabled features or a unlimited demo version with disabled saving. Maybe the idea is to give the users not too much time, so they could not find out what is missing
Presets for envelopes are a good feature, but I miss a "real" envelope. I expect 2 "real" ADSR envelopes with faders or knobs. One for the amp and one for the filter (or one as a free modulation source).
No preset browser, this preset list is crap. It seems also that it doesn't mark the selected preset?
To sum it up... the sound is good, the GUI needs some improvements.
I don't think that I will buy it. To be honest, I've the demo uninstalled

This is probably just me, but maybe not. I think Europa sounds better (unprocessed) in Reason than it does in Studio One v4 (also unprocessed). Anyone else?

Thanks. Really bummed that this doesn't work in some versions of Cubase. I'm sure getting it to work in 7 is a long shot since the version is so old at this point.supersplaron wrote:Hey there! Stefan from Propellerhead here again. I just wanted to clarify one thing that Lars got wrong:
