corsair value ram is actually pretty good, it should serve you well. i'd reconsider the terra tec sound board though, maybe you should try the M AUDIO DELTA 1010LT for a budget soud card.

sorry to ot here, but I have a question about asrock boards: are they any good? I can't find anyone else who had heard of them till I saw your response here. Just curious. Are they a new-ish company? Their website is more than a little spartan...
