If you're looking for complete starting point, Ableton's little Learning Music website is good to walk through:https://learningmusic.ableton.com/ (https://learningmusic.ableton.com/)
It's basic but it's a good starting point.
There are lots of free things on YouTube, but sometimes you need a bit of structural foundation before some of those will make sense. Some of the commercial tutorial companies put out free mini-courses on YouTube. I like some of the Computer Music magazine producer masterclass videos too, although some of those can get more advanced, and can widely vary in quality. They've got some not far off from the sound you're looking for (Pig & Dan, OC & Verde, etc), but I haven't seen them so can't vouch for them.
I would try to do some free (or low-cost) stuff before dropping too much money, to make sure you dig it first. For that kind of sound, Digweed et al, sometimes the technique is as important as the "musical" part. That's not to say both aren't important, but there's no getting around the fact that some aspects of getting "that sound" are more technical than musical.
