Can I, or can I not have Biotek & Collective in Tracktion 7?

So this screenshot from a T7 tutorial would seem to indicate that you can have Biotek & Collective in T7. I have never seen them in 7 [which I own,] but only in the Demo of 9 I've been running. It shows up in 7 with a yellow "!" on it, and in Reaper with a red "Unlock" button. When I try to do this, it tells me to go to the Marketplace and enter such and such code, but I have no such thing in my account

Can I, or can I not have these plugins in Tracktion 7 or in other DAWs And how to get 'em... Thanks.

You can, as in yes you are potentially able to.

But you only will have them if you own them, ie bought them. You can buy Biotek on its own, or as part of a Bundle, though its Biotek 2 now. Collective you only get if you buy Waveform 8 or later, as far as I remember.
