Hello
Im evaluating Waveform 9.2.1 64bit on pc.
When i put a breakpoint modifier into the rack and assign to it a cutoff filter and change to Note(free/Transport) Parameter.
Looks like the note parameter is not working.

Yes, it looks like that hasn't been added yet. Modifiers in Racks will need a MIDI input to reset on note triggers which they don't currently have.
I'll add it to the bug list.
In the mean time though, this should work if you have a Modifier on a track controlling a plugin. Maybe that will fill your needs for now?

Hopefully it will be fixed in the next release.
