Hello all,
This is my first post so please forgive me if I am posting this in the wrong place. I have used Uhe's Diva for a couple of years now and have had no problems with it it's probably my favourite synth. However recently I have noticed that Diva is producing random notes even when there is no midi information.
Here are some things I've have tried already in order to try and resolve the problem:
. Tried a different patch
. Tried reopening the project
. Tired installing a new version of Diva
. Tried uninstalling and deleting all Diva data, reinstalling Diva and inputting my licencing in again.
It says my licence is valid and that it is registered to me, so I have no idea what is causing the problem. Would really appreciate some advice on how to resolve this issue.
Specs:
Windows 8.1 Pro
Cubase 8.5
Diva Version 1.4.3
Kind Regards

Hi there,
in such a case it might be best to write a mail to our support, which is a much better place to solve such issues.
Random notes are not a demo limitation of Diva, so this cannot be the cause.
Since you mentioned that it only started to happen recently, there might be something which changed in your setup (software or hardware), which might cause this.
Or maybe there is something weird in the project settings of Cubase.
I am sure we can figure this out, please contact our support team.
