I asked Eventide and they didn't respond to me, so I'm guessing it's only available direct for the time being.

Any deals if you already have gatekeeper and i-wish ?
I'm afraid not. They've already ended the Manipulator sale on their own site, as well, unfortunately.

Ok, thanks for the reply

Not sure if it's been mentioned in the NO CHAT thread but Audiority Polaris is $9.95 at Plugin Boutique. That's a pretty sweet shimmer reverb/alternative to Valhalla for the price.

Anyone got this email as well and used the code?

Just as an FYI, the Orange Tree Samples group buy has hit the 60% off level and there are still a few days left to join. Once you join, you have until August 1st to actually buy the products you want.

In addition to having reach the 60% off leve, here are a few points regarding this group buy:
  • You need to join the group buy by July 12
  • You can change what you will buy after July 12 until August 1st
  • By joining the group buy, you will get a link to download Sonoma Harp (~60 MB), a virtual jaw harp, for free.

Yes, picked that up as well. Ends today (officially, Harrison has a tendency to just forget about disabling coupon codes). Even though I already had Mixbus 32c, 49$ is a bargain just for the plugins. It seems that they are moving away from the LV2 format. They are probably included in the next Mixbus release. Their new plugins are regular VTSs.

I have a few DAWs. Mixbus is one that I actually use relatively often. Mainly for mixing. I know it sounds silly but there is something they do differently than other DAWs. Probably their console emulation. It tends to give better results for mixing.

mgw, we think alike. Same here. Harrison only for mixing as it does have something special (read:) "analogue desk'-like" to it.

Thanks for the confirmation that it was as good a deal as I thought it was. I was thinking the same thing. Just the plugins alone are worth the price. I had v2 of mixbuss, so it's good to get the latest.

I'll wait a year or two for them to drop 32c and the AVA open plugins to reasonable (IE steep) discounts before I buy those.

Yeah I just picked it up from PB the other day and I'm loving it. For $10 it's a no-brainer!

Got it for the diffuse. What else is this good for?
I already have Diffuse by Surreal Machines so will be nice to compare.

What is the difference between this and the 32C version? I read the basics on the website. It sounds like it is just a difference as to how the inline EQ works? And can you use the plug-ins in other DAWs? It doesn't look like it. So maybe not such a great deal?

I probably should have asked this before grabbing it. I've heard good things about Mixbus and didn't realize there were multiple versions.
Thanks
