dual 64bit procesors, touchscreen, a nice controller (multiple knobs and faders and keys), EIGHT gigabytes of ram, 8 i/o, preloaded and preconfigured winXP... along with lots of cool software
That's not a bad price at all for what it is. there's some things Id rather pay 4000$ for instead though.
