There are 5 recognized flavors so this seemed like a good fit. The order could be tweaked to try to align the flavor to the actual audio effect but that would be a require a wine critic's level of nuance:

Sour
Bitter
Salty
Savory

(Savory is sometimes replaced by the term "umami" which could be interesting)
