Hi I just opened tracktion t6 and it said that my version was unregistered even though I've been using it registered everyday for the past few weeks. When I reregistered the software, It said that I had to projects to choose from. I still have the files of my projects on my computer but Im not sure how to get them back onto the tracktion software. Please help.

Just double click on the .tracktion file in the folder, for each of your projects, and it should add them to the project browser, I think.
It sounds like you lost your tracktion.settings file somehow, I think the license gets stored in there, as well as other settings. Might be worth checking things like recycle bin, and doing some kind of disk check, in case you've got bad sectors, or a failing disk drive, or something
