It also goes somewhat with the Melda approach to having 'components'. B it the modulation compoennt part of many plugins, or the multiband. If modules can be added to MSoundFactory after an initial release then it would perhaps fit in the concept. The factory expands its (Melda) production by adding capabilities.

Hey why he lock the poll thread.
For the record, i think Msoundfactory sounds kinda cheap, and maybe a little childish. I thought Mmodular was fine, and exactly what i would expect from Melda.
I think even Modular SoundStation or Workstation sounds better than SoundFactory
Obviously IMO

You cannot really avoid collisions with other names these days... everything is taken

I like MSoundfactory too. Implies something big and somehow industrial. But you have to avoid the repeating and generic aspects of a real factory
