Issue with midi

Hi there.

I am new to using tracktion6.

I have come across an issue when I use a synth plugin such as the FB3300 and set it to say sound bank 8 and play back or record my part using that sound bank and then when I go to listen to it, It goes right back to sound bank 00.

It does the same thing with other vst's when playing keys.

Anyone know why that is?

Its frustrating as hell.

It sounds like you might have a program change control code recorded at the beginning of your MIDI. You might be able to add a Program Change at the beginning to change it to 8. Once you've managed to insert a Program Change (unless there's one there already), you have to manouvre a level indicator up and down to get the program number you want. To start with, get the MIDI displayed as large as you can, click Control, then Type, then Program Change. Good luck fiddling with it, and I hope it helps.
