I see that modulator Normal section MIDI trigger has filters for minimum and maximum velocity which got me to wondering:
Is it possible to use the velocity values to drive a parameter? (For instance, the higher the incoming velocity, the greater the max value of the resulting envelope being triggered)
I haven't dug through the options much in the dedicated MIDI tab, but it strikes me as the kind of thing that might well be possible.

Would this do it?
As you thought you can use the [MIDI] button in the lower-right corner. Open the window. Select the Notes tab and enable them. Set the Mode, values range and target parameter. You can filter the MIDI triggers too, in the "MIDI" panel.
