cannot translate sentences into Japanese

Hi,
I cannot translate "Drag with the left button to resize a track.Drag with the right-button to rescale all the tracks" into Japanese.
I wrote the translation to the wiki page,but nothing changed.
How can I do it?

Hi there, are you using Waveform 9?
If so, can you go to the "Language" settings tab and look at the "Language" section.
Click the "Check for Language Updates" button and choose the "Now" option. That should update the language file from the Wiki.

I added similar sentences-

,
"Drag with the left button to resize a track.\r\nDrag with the right-button to rescale all the tracks "
or
"Drag with the left button to resize a track.\r\nDrag with the right-button to rescale all the tracks"
, but they didn't match.

Any idea?

I think this is because of the new line character. It should be a single "\n", not a "\r\n".

Glad you got it sorted. We try to minimise sentences with new line characters in for this reason but there might be a few left in from older versions.
