Hi guys,

So I got Bazille a while ago and have had a lot fun with it. Then I recently discovered the ACE, which also seems to be a modular synth. So I am wondering will ace give me something extra if I got Bazille already? I know I should demo it, but I will be out of my studio for a while, so your option is highly appreciated!

Thanks! :tu:

Yes, ACE sounds different since it focuses on different things. Bazille's strong points are FM and phase distortion, so it's more of a "digital inspired by modular", whereas ACE is more akin to analog modulars.

Cool! Putting Ace on my wishlist now. :hyper:

I didn't think I was going to like Ace, it feels older than most of U-he's synths (because it is), but dang it if it doesn't just sound great. The bass patches in particular are so good.

That is the greatest way of putting it! I got ACE this past year after I had Bazille for years and should have gotten it sooner.
