This is what I want to do:
I want to add the harmonics added by the Osc spectral effects, without hearing the Osc. I think you need to trigger it for the Spectral effects to do anything, and... I am not sure it's possible.
Is it possible to sidechain the Osc with the main input signal and not trigger the Osc, then hear the spectral effects on the though signal?
Zebrify Osc Spectral Effects Query?

Osc spectral FX work on the waveform's spectrum within the Osc module so it will not affect the audio in. For it to work on audio in, there would need to be a computationally-expensive FFT to bring it into the frequency domain and even then certain FX (Scrambler, Symmetry, Sync Mojo, Fractalz, Hypercomb) wouldn't be possible as there is no guaranteed repeating wave.
The Osc FX are taking advantage of the oscillators' band limiting. It's very clever. I'm surprised it's not in other synths (unless there's a patent on it I'm not aware of).

Maybe load 2 instances of exactly the same patch, but 1 without and 1 with spectral FX activated. Then somehow invert the phase of one instance so it nulls everything but spectral additions (and subtractions) in the other.

I was using phase cancellation a couple of weeks ago on something else, sounds worth looking at.
Thanks!
Thanks! I was pretty sure, it worked something like that.
Thanks!
