Repro-5 background noise

I guess this is well-known and perhaps even expected due to some analog modeling but nonetheless I'd like to pass on the observation just in case. Using Melda's MStereoProcessor on a master bus I noticed some width meter and phase scope activity when the transport was not rolling, in what would be complete silence. Honing on the source of that noise has shown that Repro-5, loaded with the 'S7 Child of Dark Bass' preset, is issuing some background noise when not playing. Indeed, putting the track's volume to the max clearly shows that background noise.
Nothing crucial, just wondering if that's indeed an artifact of analog modeling.
Cheers.

For whatever reason, u-he choose not to have auto-mute on for noise.
There are h2p files you can edit to have auto-mute on for most patches in Repro.

That's the Lyrebird effect.

No, it's the FX in the patch.
ResQ and Sonic Conditioner bring the volume up, but the noise floor comes from Lyrebird. Disable Lyrebird, zero noise.

But indeed why didn't urs simply put an auto mute option in preferences.....

In the case of the aforementioned patch, it's Lyrebird that's generating the noise.
