Hi!

I just bought Sylenth with rent-to-own plan.

When i use latest version, instantly after putting it into track in Ableton, my UI goes nuts. Most of buttons dont work until i move screen up/down, everything works perfectly, but UI is totally screwed (cant press buttons)

Top menu works always even if main working area is bugged.

Any fix for this?

Hi,

What OS and which version of Ableton Live are you using exaclty (32/64bit)?
What version of Sylenth1 are you using (VST/AU/32/64bit)?

Are you using jBridge or anything similar by any chance?

Hi. Latest Windows 10 x64 with Ableton live 10.0.2 x64 with Sylenth1 VST x64 (latest version)

I don't use jbridge or anything similar

Works fine here on that same setup. Also haven't heard of anyone having such problem. Can you please check that there is only 1 Sylenth1.dll file in all your VST folders? Also, could you maybe click MENU -> About (if that works) and send a screenshot of that?

I removed all other plugins, instantly when i drag sylenth vst into track, my ui is messed up, also with completely new project

Thanks, does Sylenth1's user interface still work though?

Also, can you please try running Sylenth1 in Savihost:
http://www.hermannseib.com/english/savihost.htm

Check that everything works, then close it, start Live and try again?

Yeah it works. It's kinda not in track at all, when i drag it to new track, vst pops up but new track dont appear

Vst works perfectly with savihost

Strange. Have you contacted Ableton support about this already? As it is Live's user interface that's blocking (not Sylenth1's), they may be able to see what's going on on your DAW.

I solved (or fixed for now) problem, if i minimize ableton from fullscreen to smaller and go back, It works and never bugs.

Just wanted to let you know for now
