There isn't one. I imagine there is no real need for one since its just an EQ. Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but there is no edit screen on this one. Unless there is one and we're both dumb, which is a possibility.

Then where can one manage output gain if AGC turns out to be a little weird?

Gain Out
TIP: Ctrl_Alt_click an Easy Screen control to see its underlying Multiparameter.

Oops, sorry - I picked the wrong Turbo (MTurboComp)
And the Ctrl_Alt_Click trick doesn't work on MTurboEq. It looks like it is not finished - pressing F1 over any knob gives only the generic information

Bump.
Vojtech could you reply to this one please?
Where is the gain parameter in MTurboEQ?
Say we use the AGC set button, there seems no way to reset the gain back.

Aha, ups, that's a bit of a problem... The actual output gain is inside, where there's no access . I'll check and potentially remove the Set button.

No No No.
You guys are missing the point.
You use your input gain.
Say you are adding 24db at 6k to a signal you are in clip mode if you are sending 0db.
You just don't need an output gain.
Gain distrubution is still important in digital.

specerlee is correct, output gain is completely pointless, since the plugin is "linear". But the hidden output gain is controlled by the "set" button, which is a bit of an issue.

Even tho he is correct, it doesnt really solve the issue with using AGC inside of the plugin for me, since i dont know what amount of gain was added or taken down..

Now that I'm thinking about it - so what? The plugin does what it needed to do. When you work with vintage EQs you generally know like nothing . The actual value doesn't really help you, or does it? If so, how?
