COLOR COPY RELEASE
a bucketful of delay

A virtual analog effect inspired by classic bucket-brigade delays (bbd), but extended with modern features. U-He called the new baby "Colour Copy" because it can deliver the kind of coloration people still love in classic bbd units, but with a wider variety of colors. Colour Copy started life as the little delay unit called "Lyrebird" which was built into Repro-1, but the sound was too good not to be developed further and become an fx plug-in.

Our fearless leader made some of the presets shipping with Color Copy!!!! Dave will walk us through the presets he developed.

We also expect to have John Lehmkuhl via Skype discussion all aspects of making presets.

Sound designer, sound programmer, engineer John "Skippy" Lehmkuhl creates his magic from his home in Portland Oregon. Since 1988, he has been one of a handful of sound designers that program sounds in Korg Synthesizers including the M1, O1W, Wavestation, Wavedrum, Trinity, Triton, OASYS, Z1 and more.

John also has loop libraries for Stylus RMX sold worldwide and has worked as a custom sound designer for Mariah Carey, Madonna, Whitney Huston, Patti Austin, Ambrosia, The Yellowjackets, Kenny Loggins, McDonalds, Jack in the Box, Modelo Beer, Toyota and countless others. Some say he's a monkey with the beat everyone wants.

If you have tracks where you have used any u-he product bring a USB stick. Midi, mp3 or wav files are encouraged.
