For some reason when I am in mixer mode any plugin I select in the mixer will stay hi-lighted when I select another plugin as if I am holding the control key. I am using windows 7.
If I make the mixer full screen it works fine. This only happens in the mixer mode on the edit page.

Thanks for trying to help me. Maybe it is libcurl4. I have a version 7.37.0 which seems to be equal to libcurl.so.4.3.0. So if it really needs libcurl.so.4.5.0 - as gavindis "PRELOAD kludge" suggests
I stay on 9.26 which runs flawless.

I don't know if the minor version difference will be so much a problem. Maybe the devs can clarify.
I'd be interested to know if W9 starts on Opensuse with my kludge.
From a terminal, could you try:
Code: Select all
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4.3.0 Waveform9Just curious to see what the affect may be.

Yes /usr/lib64/ is right. I don´t have Waveform installed, it runs out of a folder so I did:gavindi wrote: From a terminal, could you try:
I've done a quick package search for curl on Opensuse and I believe it installs to /usr/lib64 but I may be wrong about that. The path in the LD_PRELOAD may need to change if it isn't installed in that location.Code: Select all
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4.3.0 Waveform9
Just curious to see what the affect may be.
LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib64/libcurl.so.4.3.0 /home/user/Programme/Waveform9/Waveform9
and yes succes, it started!
