A few observations

most of my pedals are set at fairly extreme settings (whats the point in using them sparingly?) such as long delay time with high repeats, or fuzz dimed to squealing
noisey but not in a pleasant way. it seems, you can go too far

You've got to torture those electronics.

I expected noise of the bad kind from such a massive chain of guitar pedals. Plugins on the other hand...

oh yeah, the noise from just having them plugged in was bad enough, mains humtastic.


plugins could take a while, specially if we take it down to individual reaktor fx

Folks, what if there are aliens on Arcturus with plugins we'll never experience on Earth? Can we possibly make music knowing this??

Folks, I think it's safe to say you can't be a *real* musician until you've bought every plugin in the known universe.

Your thoughts?

Musicians are those that can play an instrument with other people in some kind of ensemble!!!!

Just working in a computer with music you can be composer, arranger, producer and whatever - but not musician by that fact alone.

Even sensing this thread is intended to start a discussion - that needs to be stated.
