Is there a Midi Panic function in Waveform? I've looked through the manual but could not find anything. I'm getting a lot of stuck notes for some reason.

There's an audio panic button on the transport. It has the triangular yellow warning sign. I'm not sure if it works on stuck midi notes though.

Sure does work on stuck MIDI notes. I have a couple of VSTs that like to disobey once in a while.

No problem. I didn't notice it for months! Thought it was some recurring error and finally clicked on it.
