Here is one I've been meaning to do for a while, but someone suggested it so I decided to do it this week. I'll show you how to use MRhythmizer to sequence through a few different rhythmic patterns. I hope this helps (despite the fact that I pronouned rhythmizer as rhythmisizer

The banks in Melda's mod system are awesome - and so are your videos. 
Want to add a minor addition, though. Instead of "doing the math" and guessing which %-value in the step sequencer is the right one to choose (starting at 8.00min in your vid) you can use the quantization feature as shown in the enclosed image.
This does not only 'snap' the steps to the defined values but also limits the selection to a defined range. In this, read: your case it's 0-3 (= 4 steps). Btw, the feature comes especially handy when manipulating/modulating the pitch in MPowersynth or other Melda-plugs offering a tuning option. Selecting semitones is a breeze when using the quantization.
