Seems Pad Motion doesn't do all that Hybrid Bundle does and vice versa, so you need to buy both if you want to use all content they have. Would be good to have one product that can load all libraries they offer and also be able to use all content. Support told me it isn't possible.
I guess I should point out that they all run in the free Halion Sonic SE, in case anyone is interested.
Ultimately there will be quite a few products released that all utilize the CRE8 Engine interface. By running all of them inside HALion Sonic SE FREE it really sort of feels like they are sort of one big instrument as you can run a patch from PAD MOTION on midi channel 1, a patch from POLY (included in the HYBRID BUNDLE) on channel 2, DROP-CRE8 on channel 3, etc... or even layer them by putting different patches on the same midi channels.

We have also been working with Steinberg to make the installation process easier with less steps. You no longer need to go to Steinberg's site to register for a copy and separate license for HALion Sonic SE. Our Sample Fuel license's authorize HALion Sonic SE and we provide you with a direct download link to the HALion Sonic SE FREE player now.

@Fleer: As a follow-up to getting Reason 10 Lite by login into their new mobile app with an account that already has Reason 10 (I know it's a mouthful), I also received a "Welcome to Reason Lite!" from Propellerhead on Friday. If you still don't have Reason 10 Lite, I'd suggest you reach out to their support to see what's going on if you haven't already done so.

Just to put this out there again - does anyone know if it is better for an Izotope RX5 owner(ie me) to buy the current deal (upgrade to standard or advanced RX6) now, or wait for 7 and get the loyalty upgrade pricing?

Post

Have you checked what deals are currently offered in your iZotope account? I've got an "upgrade" price of $149 available to me which is probably the cheapest it will be for a while.

Post

I get 149 for standard and 499 for advanced - if the difference between advanced and standard is huge then I am willing to go the extra. But I am not so sure that it is / will be. Damn but I wish I had more info on RX7 standard vs RX7 advanced

Is there no upgrade from RX Elements?

nothing showing in my account

Post

I've only got RX Elements, the upgrade offer in my account is supposedly from RX1-5. But then the offers in my account frequently bare little relation to what i own.

WOW, would love this, sadly no money...

I cant see much of an upgrade coming for RX Elements seeing as it is now so cheap. The full RX is a much more expensive product

Post

I think i saw somewhere there would be an upgrade for elements, which was in itself an upgrade from RX5 plugin pack. I doubt it will add much feature-wise though as it's really intended to be basic.

I wonder why the upgrade from my Renaissance Maxx would be $360 (without the labor day discount).

Buy it now, if you have it for a good price

They had a $99 dollar RX upgrade from elements early this year. At the moment they have it at $149. It might be worth waiting.

I was swearing off spending but I went in anyway. Some pleasant surprises regarding the features in some of the compressors but I'm just scratching the surface. People were calling this bundle an amazing deal at $1299 four years ago.
