They won't be included in a future Komplete Ultimate, even though they are Komplete products. It's a bit "meh" as Komplete Ultimate is currently marketed on the NI site with the description "delivers the entire range of KOMPLETE Instruments and Effects in one uncompromising package." That description needs to change, apparently, then :D

I asked about it from their customer support, and they told me in no unclear terms that all instruments, effects and libraries by NI belong to the KOMPLETE family, yet Symphonic Series (even though it belongs to it as well) will not be included in this or a future generation of the Ultimate bundle.
