Help me build a step sequencer/arp in Reaktor (or suggest one that already exists)

I'd like to build a Reaktor step sequencer with the following features:

- Root note to be selectable or come from the DAW
- Button to randomise note
- Button to randomise velocity
- Selectable steps (ie, ability to turn on/off for each)
- Ability to choose scale (including Phrygian)
- Up to 64 steps (not essential but 16 minimum)

So let's start with the basics:
- do I need Reaktor 6 for this or will 5 suffice?
- does something already exist?
- I'm a complete numpty on Reaktor so what would be the first module I'd insert?

TIA

BTW: I would prefer Reaktor over say MUX as I've had it for years and years but never used it other than loading Molekular and Monark.

Update: Thesys had everything I needed so I bought that instead.

Stochas is another cheap sequencer (when on sale) - does some things Thesys does not - eg different length notes, probability of note triggering - but misses other eg allthe modulation stuff. Running Thesys for modulation and Stochas for notes works very well

Thanks, Woggle. I'll check Stochas out.

actually Thesys does do different length notes via gate time - my mistake - just you can't simply drag note length out like in Stochas

Thought so. I only bought Thesys today so haven't used it yet.

Thesys has drag n' drop midi export , so you can play with note length ,
and anything else , in a decent piano roll ...

This is my one of my favorite reaktor arps :
