I'd say 0%. The sale on updates and upgrades is usually in the summer.

If you were interested in both Padshop Pro + obtaining it's Zero Gravity set and own Cubase 6.5 [Pro] or later (which have the standard Padshop), the most efficient way to do so is to use the discount code on Zero Gravity by itself and obtain the Padshop Pro upgrade as a separate item, resulting in a cost of $25 instead of the usual $35 to upgrade to Pro and get the ZG set at the same time. I E-mailed Sonible and asked them about the fact that I own SmartEQ already but am interested in the live version. No answer yet.
