It's a long shot, but is there a chance that Tyrell could get the new browser at some point? It's really an amazing sounding synth and I still use even though I have many other paid synths.
The new browser would make so much easier to organise the fantastic presets that come with it.

It's doubtful that TyrellN6 will see any further development in its current shape as a freeware synth for the Amazona page, sorry guys. But I'll pass on your feature request of course.

For anyone with NI Komplete Kontrol there is a workaround in that the Tyrell Factory library (and also my own small T6 bank) are converted to NKS, which adds the same sort of organisation and tagging etc the u-he browsers do (with the added advantages of mapped hardware controls, accessibility from the NI Keyboards/Maschine and audio previews)

It would not be too difficult to get some other banks converted too if there's demand

Before the new browser gets added to it, I'd much rather see those "invisible" mod sources became available (e.g. unison voices to Pan spread, etc), so I don't have to keep finding a specific preset to start with when I want certain modulation sources available to me. It's really no fun at all.
THEN I'd like to see the new browser

Are they available as automation targets, if they are I might try and dig them out and add them to the Komplete Kontrol template.

Maybe they could set up a 'group buy' and if enough people contribute to the cost of implementing the features they will be implemented.
They could leave it permanently running until the target is reached.

I was curious how V3 was commissioned / approved. Do we run this by Amazona.de? What do they get out of the deal? More hits? I am not sure how that worked.

That's true. I saved the Unison Pan preset as an alternative init patche.mholloway wrote:mkruse wrote:It's a long shot, but is there a chance that Tyrell could get the new browser at some point? It's really an amazing sounding synth and I still use even though I have many other paid synths.
