anything comparable out there (parametric M/S EQ) ? I'd just buy it but the price holds me back, even with 10% referal discount code... it's looking way better in bundles, half-price-ish, but wouldn't buy whole bundle just to use 2 plugins... afterall it would be even more expensive

Equick is looking decent, no sales at DMG Audio tho

TB EQv4 probably best value since it's 30€ and includes dynamic EQ mode

But its not as flexible when it comes to filter cuts, altough if you have tracks 5 suite its great "alternative". Altough i still have Pro q 2 myself. Its just too good and definatly worth the price. Also if you are patient you can just see if there will be some discount at some point.

The more you've already bought from Fabfilter, the bigger the discount is. This is worth it because once you're into Fabfilter you'll appreciate most of their plugins.

There's also TDR NOVA and Melda MEqualizer, both have free versions (the first one needs on instance for Mid/Sum and other for the Sides/Difference).

There's something about its sound I quite like, definitely worth a demo. Also check the eq bundle, with a little more you get a fine match eq.

plugins like Pro-Q2
