Biotek 2 XY Mapping Bug

Hey, all.
Okay, here's the issue: I want to map the XY pad of a Korg Nanopad to the XY (ring) controls of Biotek 2 in Waveform 9. I can set it up with MIDI Learn, and it works fine.
However, once I save and close the project and then reopen it, the XY mapping is gone. (Any other mapping I did in the project remains. It's just the XY mapping for Biotek 2 that disappears.)
But here's the weird part, if I go into the Automation --> Create MIDI controller mapping window, the mapping for the XY is completely gone, including the Nanopad controller #s.
And the really strange thing is that if I then try to assign it again, I can't, because the MIDI Learn function no longer works when I try to attach it to the Ring knobs. And if I go back into the Create MIDI controller mapping window and try to do it by choosing the parameter, the X and Y options for Biotek 2 literally have disappeared! Just gone, though all the other options remain.
So I end up having to delete that instance of Biotek and replace it with a new one to get the X and Y to come back so I can reassign them. But then after I close the project the whole cycle of loss starts again. So frustrating.
It appears, though, that the issue is with Biotek 2 more so than with W9 because I have similar issues using Biotek 2 with Studio One 4, and Audiomulch. In Audiomulch, it remembers that the Nanopad is assigned to XY, Biotek just doesn't do anything when I touch the Nanopad, so I need to reassign it every time.
Similarly, in Studio One, when I reopen the project nothing happens when I use the XY pad on the Nanopad. I have to click on the little settings wheel in the Biotek window to get it to acknowledge the MIDI controls coming in. But at least it remembers it so I don't need to delete the plugin and start from scratch each time. So it's the worst in W9, but seems to have a similar issue in each of my DAWs.
Has anyone else run into this bug? Are there any solutions out there?
I should also mention that it did this before and after the new Biotek 2 version update that came out yesterday. I'd hoped that the new version would fix it, but it didn't.
I'm running Windows 10, 64 bit, if that helps.
Thanks!

Hahaha! Nice!
Yeah, it kept spinning when I hit submit, so I kept hitting it... Probably should be more patient in the future.
