As I briefly try the MUltraMaximizer I discover that it can be applied to gently add harmonic substance, perhaps contrary to what the 'ultra maximizer' part of the name could imply first hand.
A video demonstrating its range of application could be useful.

Well in theory to "maximize" volume you use saturation and compression (limiting) side by side. And saturation isn't anything but harmonic substance
