but I don‘t know if it‘s really working because in the description only Sonible EQ is mentioned...

I see that Plugin Boutique has a $10 upgrade to SmartEQ 2 for Sonible SmartEQ+ owners. I have not heard back from Sonible about the upgrade / crossgrade from them however. Nor have I seen an upgrade offer anywhere from frei:raum.

Eric, is JRR going to have any of these upgrades?

You should register the Frei:raum and they will send you the upgrade.

AFAIK you CAN NOT register a product at their homepage, there is no customer account provided...

Click the Sonible icon in the lower left corner and enter the serial number I guess.

fyi they also allow to register it to a physical iLok if you email a request.

That‘s just the authorization of the plugin to use it without restriction. That DOES NOT lead to a registration in a customer account. Quite strange to whole procedure...

I went ahead and purchased it since I owned frei:raum and not smart:EQ+. They asked me to send them the email I received from sonible which mentioned the deal for frei:raum and my frei:raum serial number. After about a day after they received it, they updated my order with the smart:EQ 2 serial number. They also updated the product page to include frei:raum as a qualifying product for the deal.
