[powersynth]When was per channel pitchbend implemented?

By a happy accident I've just noticed that I can control pitch bends per channel (hence per note on mpe instruments). I am rejoiced but I didn't see anything about it in the list of changes, maybe it was done unintentionally with the new channel modes? (please don't fix it)
