Hey guys,

Have a question for y'all. How can I collapse the analyzer window to show me a shorter range of dB up and down but without zooming in? (So I can still see the levels?)

What would be great if that was possible, basically the spl meter (or just the loudness on the left basically) stretching while seeing only lets say +-6dB on the scale.

Many thanks

Hey, Analyzer pane / Settings / Resolution ;)

Would be nice to be able to set a "default" for all eq's for example, even though it can be done manually within host.

Thanks anyways! :)

actually, that didn't quite solve the problem I have... My problem is that a move of a node of let's say 1dB is almost hardly visible in the window and when I drag the node, it goes up way too quickly. I wish it was more sensitive (atleast from the start) - as let's say FabFilter provides.

Sound-wise, I prefer melda EQs, that's why I still didn't get the Pro-Q2, but this workflow problem I've got is becoming quite big to me :(

hehe! It reminds me of my post exactly 100% I had the same wish

For me this is literally the only thing bothering me about melda plugs, maybe aside drag'n'drop modulators in mpowersynth

Problem is that the Spectrum graph is also zooming in

As does the normalized view.

I have suggested to Vojtech that these views are uncoupled so that we can zoom in for more precision without losing the value of the other graphs, but it is not as easy / straight-forward as it seems.

Yes, exactly so

Fourstepper, shouldn't simply using fine tuning using ctrl + drag solve that?

Well the movement itself is not that big of a problem, but seeing approximately how much boost/cut was made is pretty hard at the moment, for example when mastering a song

Ok then why won't you simply click once the zoom in for vertical axis?

Well because I would want to zoom in let's say twice and then the analyzer starts messing up

Aaaaaha. Hmmm... Well no idea then... And to be honest I'm not really keen into creating more resolutions for the EQ graph. But perhaps the analyzer could be nonzoomable...? Will think about that.

Yeah that sounds like a great idea to have an option to make the analyzer nonzoomable!!
