Elements 1+2 on the Edit screen are "sliders"; on the Easy screen, the (Attack, Release and Gain) controls are "Buttons". That's down to the Active preset designer. ;) Here are some changed to be sliders:

That screenshot also use the Segoe UI font, but I'm not convinced - the zeros are too wide.

The Multiparameter (element 3) is one that I was dragging - just to show that it gets highlighted when it is being edited.

And, the sliders are defined in the Style to have square corners and the (edit) buttons have round corners. I tried making the (Edit) buttons square but that looked odd elsewhere.

Ah, ok that makes sense.
I agree about the Segeo UI font. The letters look nice but the 0s are a bit too wide. It is a bit strange though, because whenever I use this font the 0s do not look like this. It looks squashed.

Looks pretty good to me.

Which is the better font/appearance for the parameter labels and values? "B" or "SB"?

And why?

Make sure that you are looking at a full-size image.

I prefer B. For me it feels as though it has more definition.

Close call for me, but I'll go with B as well.

SB, it looks a tiny little bit brighter..

Hah, two for each!

How about these two options? Which is the best of the 4?

They use Trebuchet MS and Verdana - can someone confirm that those 2 fonts are available on OSX?

Hmmm ... it seems to me we're getting close to the point of "perfect is the enemy of good". :D
