New Sonic Arts' plugins issues (AU scanning, VST connecting to their cloud)

I've got a couple problems with the plugins from New Sonics Arts' New Sonic Suite bundle.

AU Scanning: The VSTs show up fine, but the only AU that shows up is Granite. Nuance and Vice do not scan. Instead, I see this in the logs:

I'm willing to bet the two lines of

are the problem. Any ideas?

Secondly, Nuance VST won't connect properly to NSA's Cloud, which means the sample packs that are provided for it are unavailable. I tried the AU in Logic and was able to connect without issue. I also tried the VST in the FL Studio Mac Beta and it connects fine (although the email address was auto-populated as it is in Waveform). In Waveform, I can't even type/change my email address. It shows an email address (which, in this case, is a correct one) but it is not editable as it is in Logic. No matter what I try using for a password, it fails to connect.

Have any of you used NSA's plugins in Waveform? Do they work ok for you? Hope someone can help!

Edit: After trying the VST in FL Studio, when I go back in to Waveform, Nuance shows everything in the Cloud. So, looks like the connection info is shared across DAWs for the VST? Anyway, I can't seem to find a way to try to sign in again. Looks like this might be a workaround, though.

So, never got a response to this. Have any of you tried New Sonic Arts' plugins in Waveform 9? For some reason, the Audio Units of Nuance and Vice don't show up in Waveform 9 .. only the VSTs. Granite's AU shows up fine.. but not the other two.

Can anyone else confirm this behavior?
