Did anyone buy the Softube deal at Musicians Friend? And did they actually honour it.

The order went through, everything looks good, but no email delivery of an actual license yet.

I called MF this morning (yes, they are there on one of the two biggest US holidays) and I was told they are awaiting more serials from the manufacturer.

Be careful with the new Toontrack SD3 promotion. The fine print states that you get the free SDX only with the full and cross grade versions. I have not tested it but the way I read this it would exclude the upgrade from SD2. This is a bit of a trap because apparently the free SDX is never added to the cart and only shows up when you register SD3.

Thanks for the info, just to make sure: we have some sort of double dropper,
few waiting for MF serial (your call refers to) that few others have
and most likely all waiting for the iLok code that is expected to come after entry of MF code in account.

Hi all, before I posted the softube deal I got the grand channel to make sure it worked. It took about a half hour for the code to get emailed, but I had no problem registering it with softube or activating the ilok. Downloaded, installed, and everything was good. Sorry for the wild goose chase but I hope you all get the codes!
