Just paid for EVE waiting for reply from Dash.
While I'm waiting, I see mentions of sound sets that I don't see @ purchase page.

Things like Famous Keys 1-4.
And references to wusic.com that google says doesn't exist

I ordered the bundle.
Where are the others available?

Hiya,

It's understandable that WilliamK has stopped selling the Famous Keys soundsets as he has his own synth now (Wusikstation) which uses them. Best thing is to join the group buy for Wusikstation, which IMHO you'll like if you like EVE.

I'm not into new synths at the moment (just buying a hw one for gigging). I'd really want only sound-sets.

Actually, I'm really surprised by this! That doesn't seem like good news for liqih... Maybe try to email William and see if you can buy them anyways. Maybe he'll give you the EVE versions if you buy the WusikStation ones?

WTF?! Thats the first I've read about that. Damn I only have FK 1 and 3 I think. Thats really strange that they arent for sale anymore. Eve is one of my favorite instruments. I dont get why he would stop selling them tho. I mean he would still be making money off all the EVE folks.

but it does suck that you can't buy the FK sets any more. They are soundsets for EVE, not just WStation.

the whole situation looks very messy to me...

wusikstation seems to be eve mark 2 - a pretty obvious attempt to take the eve customer base with an enhanced product. does liqih then have the synth, but not the soundsets to eve ?

looks like time for hqs2 and an eve upgrade...

Yeah I'm confused. I dont see the point of buying WS if I have EVE. I guess Dash wont mind me trying to find the FK soundbanks "elsewhere" since they're not being offered anymore

. I'm gonna be very cautious about buying anything else for EVE.

YEP...working on Mini Moog sounds right now that are just fantastic! Stacking 3 Moog sounds together make for 1 FAT EVE!

These are some of the best minimoog samples I have heard, but the majik is in combining them to make useful sounds.

there are going to be 2 more sound sets after this using lots of vintage stuff. So EVE is not over yet!

I'M ON IT!

that is really good news,

since I always loved Eve,
in deed one of my fave synths.
I never regreted to have bought.
