Tracktion Software

I have had a number of issues with the Tracktion website. I am trying to purchase the Waveform 9+ bundle. I have tried different OSs, and different web browsers - Vivaldi, Chrome, Pale Moon, Internet Explorer. The current problem is trying to proceed to checkout (I am logged into my account) always results in a 504 error - marketplace.tracktion.com. When I try to return, I get the message that there is nothing in my cart, despite that I can see that the bundle is in my cart.

Problems earlier today included trying to place a bundle in the cart, that resulted in a 504 error, and inability to be able to get the Black Friday discount code recognized. Those issues appear to be fixed for now.

I am not experiencing any 504 errors on any other website...

Same from East coast of US for couple hours now...

I think this is related to server load due to extreme Black Friday traffic.
Our web team is West-coast based so hopefully have a chance to look at it soon.

I like the custom bundler feature! Great time to implement that, too, given Tracktion's wider product offerings.
