Feature request: More convenient file structure for normal presets

Currently the normal presets seem to be saved into one big XML file per plugin. This is pretty inconvenient when it comes to file syncing. E.g. I would like to auto-sync (in two directions) the presets from the workstation with the notebook, using unison or some kind of file syncing tool. Saving the presets each as separate file would be much more comfortable for any kind of sharing of presets, too. I think the active presets actually are saved as single files? What, if the normal presets will be saved like this, too?

I'm afraid that cannot be done. Sure we could extract into individual files etc., but quite frankly there's no time for such a thing and nobody would use it anyways (except for you
). You can use the online preset exchange though, it wouldn't be systematic however. If you need to do such a thing, your best bet probably would be the ancient FXP files your DAW probably allows you to save.
