What bundle are you talking about. Can’t figure it out.

That' s a pretty good deal...

Post

Not sure if anyone’s seen it, but there’s another deal on reverb featuring v-collection 6 and volume 2. More expensive but not bad.

i wonder if Mixchecker Pro is recommendable or only some eq presets? at this price im tempted.
You can order the Sonarworks mic from Thomann and the software from them directly. Worked for me.

Yesterday I played a track from us in the club and was later on checking it with Mixchecker Pro + Sonarworks on the master (using headphones). It sounded quite similar with the PA Presets and I could improve on the bass problem. Afaik these are not only EQs but actually IRs with a timely response. Not 100% sure, but it's more than an EQ. Also in Mixchecker Pro there are a lot of simulations (just counted over 50 in different categories).

Nothing wrong,
it`s just reported to the Black Friday deals because it is a Black Friday deal.
Yes you're right, saw this afterward. Too many threads to follow, too much action around BF. :)
But anyway, this deal had to be at the main Bargain Thread ;)

A little note,
they officially will not fix the so called echo bug (as of now).
Have a very good demo and listen before buying.

Most of the plugins from Brainworx are on sale at Plugin Alliance, but not the one that I want, the bx_xl_v2. Does anyone know how often it goes on sale, and when?

I sold mine for peanuts not long ago. I bought it last year for Christmas (for peanuts as well with my voucher). If you really want it, wait for the christmas sale, but honestly I've found better options.

Depending on the situation, I pick FabFilter L-2, PSP Xenon, Boz The Wall, or even Waves L3-LL (I know a lot of peeps here have little love for Waves, but this is a multiband limiter that actually works very well). Out of all of these, FF L-2 is the only one I didn't buy for under $30.

I also sold my bx xl v2 ages ago, it had appealing features but on my system back then Win 7 64bit Cubase 4 (yes old but was super stable and I eventually upgraded to 9)
the bx xl v2 had a very bad latency of just over 4000ms!! I went back and forth with tech support and they offered me v1 for free :dog: there are so many alternatives, Ive ended up liking Voxengo Elephant on my mixbus and use saturation/sweeteners from dedicated plugins

I found the screenshot I took to send to tech support, this is back in 2014
