But you can have more than one setlist!
I don't see a fixed number of setlists there, so maybe as many as you want.

But if you received it with a bundle from another company, like with a hardware controller, your account serial numbers and downloads is probably registered with that 3rd party. That's the way I got mine. Akai doesn't know me.
Isn't that the weirdest thing? I got it with an M-Audio controller but I can't download from the M-Audio site. Like you said also, Akai doesn't seem to know me either as far as VIP is concerned. They have my invoice information for VIP but no links or anything. It's really creepy. It's like their hiding it from the customers or something. There's just zero information. I don't get it.zzz00m wrote: Wed Jan 30, 2019 2:30 amzzz00m wrote: Wed Jan 30, 2019 2:28 amhttps://www.akaipro.com/vipOrbit-50 wrote: Wed Jan 30, 2019 2:15 am Is there any way to download this? On paper yes. It's also great if it already works with plugins you have. But new plugin maps are not coming, and the old ones are not supported. I asked support to help with 3-year old Chromaphone 2 map found on their own forum, but they didn't solve my issue.zzz00m wrote: Sun Nov 25, 2018 1:27 am VIP 3 is a nice, affordable, tool to have. If you can afford this, plus the NI NKS system, then you can have it all!
But if you are on a budget, VIP is a good start to wrangle a bunch of plugins under one application. I think that the patch browser in the desktop application is fantastic, and will let you search for patches and tags across all of your VIP compatible plugins. That really beats loading one plugin at a time and searching for a sound. I have over 20,000+ patches indexed in my VIP app. Easy to pull up all leads, or basses, or pads, across all instrument plugins with just one click!
I don't have, and never had, an Akai account. So I don't know what Akai knows. But that doesn't really matter. They are all part of the same parent company, inMusic Brands (Akai, Alesis, M-Audio, AIR, SONiVOX, etc.).Orbit-50 wrote: Wed Jan 30, 2019 4:07 amIsn't that the weirdest thing? Thanks for trying man. I saw on that page, that you have to pay for the extended download service. Therein lies my problem. Luckily, I have VIP v3.0 backed up, but not v3.1. It seems like I can't find the update in either of my accounts and I see no way of even doing it through the plugin itself. Too many hoops to jump through with this. This is just bizarre.Bug Music wrote: Wed Jan 30, 2019 10:00 pm I got my copy through M-Audio too.
When I go to my M-Audio account I see a link to the Akai "fastspring.com" store, and a coupon code.

If I remember correctly I just did a normal purchase and used the M-Audio coupon code at checkout to get 100% discount.
Hopefully this helps.

Try this URL for the 3.1.1 update file (Windows): https://cdn.inmusicbrands.com/akai/VIP/ ... e3.1.1.exeOrbit-50 wrote: Thu Jan 31, 2019 1:22 amThanks for trying man.
