originally wanted to put into the tips and tricks topic, but just found and still thinking what else can be done with it, so with this this plugin MIDI triggered fake keystrokes can be sent to Bitwig

dunno what else can be done with it (whole BWS can be controlled with MIDI notes from now ... from the arranger ) , but I always missed this feature ( patterns ) from Bitwig :D

IMO it's quite good device idea to the developers of BWS too

ps. now let's create a drum machine which can trigger clips :D

Awesome!
That indeed could be made into a very powerful way to control BWS.
Combine that with a virtual midi cable and sending out one track and receiving on another and there is little that can't be done :-)

Thanks for sharing!

Cheers,

Tom

experimental ... (there are some MIDI delay so used clip launch quantization)

MIDI note chasing and free clip based note scaling are the missing points to able to mimic FL like blocks fully, but fun ... and useful just think of

and still need to modify one clip to modify all the instances in the arranger, dear developers

much better, proof of concept :D

MIDI CC clip based modulation can trigger the clips from anywhere and can stop them too ... hope it(clip aluncer clips) will be implemented in Bitwig natively some day

just sharing the template, ctrl+shift+1..8 and ctrl + 1..8 (these are the ones which not enter any characters into some focused input field during the playback) are the routed fake keys

have fun
