"Can a Swedish member help out here? From my understanding, the å is probounced like ‚Ar, pirates‘ without the ‚r, pirates‘.

So twang as in Telecaster makes a lot more sense than twång."

å is pronounced o.
"Tvongstroem"
(oe or ö like "Mötörhead")

Yes, the å is pronounced like a mix between ah & oh (as far as I recall the Svensk course I took years ago...), so 'twang' doesn't apply. We initially thought it would have been ok to leave the reminiscence of Ångström in there, but ditched it as it hinders proper pronounciation, and might puzzle many people anyway. I mean... most people can't even pronounce those meat balls at Ikea right... and when you do the staff is like 'Pardon...?!'...

I skipped on Colour Copy for this reason. I really respect noise, so a plugin that gets noisy attracts my interest. But I also think pushing a plugin to extremity tells you more about the general character of the plugin.

yeah me too.
but i ended up buying Colour Copy, now i'm in love with it.
It's just not bucket-esq.

the stereo image and modulation make for some pretty lush tails though.
There is actually a lot of tone control, but yeah, needs more cowgrit

You can bet Twangström will anything but subtle.

This is a strong argument and sets my mind at ease :)

We need to do some internal test drives and preparations, but chances are public beta is really really just around the corner. From that on it's basically 'out', as usual with us. (I'm vague on a date as it's already exciting enough on my side of the desk here...)

Hi. Cool. Thank you. Looking forward as I already love your Bucket Delay.

Will U-he customers get an email just in time?

We have planned a newsletter around mid December. There's a great chance that Twangström will be available in this forum before that. Better check back occasionally :)
