Bypassing MUX kills Thru modulation?

I made a MUX which takes in several modulation signals, offsets them randomly according to user preferences and then spits them back out again through individual outputs. Everything is working fine, except I'd like to be able to quickly bypass the randomization. Bypassing the whole MUX seems to eliminate all the modulation instead of just passing it through to the respective outputs.

Is there a workaround to enable this behavior in MUX?

Place your MUX inside a new MUX and add the ON/OFF button of the inside MUX on the front panel. That's you new bypass.

The MUX is already inside the main MUX. I've added its module editor button (which includes the toggle process ON/OFF) to the main MUXes interface. It still affects the modulation passing through it though.
