Can i use a Guitar sim or a third party eq and control the parameters at the same time I control my Melda plugins?

On the same track I mean.

Depends on your DAW. Most will allow you to bind parameters from separate VSTs to one macro control.

Signal chain was what I meant. Like will the melda and non melda plugins affect each ither in real time on my track

I'm afraid I don't really understand. Plugins are generally independent.
