Is there any melda plugin or upcoming plugin that will let me take a wav. From a synth Such as Massive or serum and play with it ?
Maybe Mpowersynth update or MSoundFactory?

Any melda oscillator right now can take a cycle* of a waveform from an external file, click the advanced option. There are/will be some other options in MSoundFactory based on the above method.
*It will be treated as a cycle, to get an actual cycle, go into harmonics mode and click advanced.

There's like a gazillion ways you can "play with a wav" 
. Now there are ways with wavetables, or analyzing harmonics in oscillator etc. One day there should be a sampler to...

Sorry if this is a silly idea, but....
Drum hits as wave samples can be used in MDrummer, right? Well, who says that the samples have to be drum hits? Couldn't you use MDrummer like a sampler?

Yes you can, but the generators from MDrummer do not allow looping, so no sustained sounds I'm afraid

2: I doubt it - as you could then apply any of the MSF FX. And that would make MXXX etc redundant.
